Berry o’licious Chia Pudding

Let’s face it, when you’re a sweet tooth, sugar is really hard to give up! That’s why you need a really easy, healthy alternative to have on hand when those cravings start. This Chia pudding is one of those things you can whip up at night and have in the fridge when you’re feeling peckish. It only has 4 ingredients and takes a few minutes to combine, making it the ideal snack or even quick brekkie idea.


choc-berry chia pudding

270ml coconut milk
3 Tbsp Chia seeds
1.5 Tbsp Cocoa (or Cacao)
Frozen berries

  1. Mix coconut milk, chia seeds and cocoa/cacao together.
  2. Add frozen raspberries, blueberries or a mixture and stir.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and let it set in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
  4. Enjoy!
